Rental Information for Tenants.
Because we have a register of Prospective Tenants that have had their rental application already approved, many of our rental properties becoming available are re-let before the need to advertise them. So if you are searching for a property to rent, it is advisable to complete the Rental Application and submit it to our office should a suitable rental suddenly be available.
Normal requirements once approved are four weeks bond, one – two weeks rent in advance. This may vary depending on instructions from the property owner.
