Rental Information for Tenants.<\/h1>\n

Because we have a register of Prospective Tenants that have had their rental application already approved, many of our rental properties becoming available are re-let before the need to advertise them.\u00a0So if you are searching for a property to rent, it is advisable to complete the Rental Application and submit it to our office should a suitable rental suddenly be available.<\/p>\n

Normal requirements once approved are four weeks bond, one \u2013 two weeks rent in advance. This may vary depending on instructions from the property owner.<\/p>\n
